A PROGRAMME FOR PERSONNEL RESERVE TRAINING HAS STARTED AT THE SPE “ZARYA”.
On May 11-12, a training course "The fundamentals of the enterprise economics and finance" was conducted at SPE "ZARYA" within the framework of the "Operational Personnel Reserve" programme.
For the SPE "ZARYA" the function of the personnel management and development has the strategic importance. The staff is one of the enterprise’s key success factors.
The innovative effective methods of development and training have been introduced at the enterprise. The enterprise’s management team creates all the necessary conditions for professional growth and realization of each employee’s potential.
The organizer of the event is the personnel directorate. The training sessions were conducted by Yevhenii Ovcharenko, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Chair of the Department of Management and Marketing of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University. Heads of the structural units, who joined the operational staff reserve in 2016, participated in the training.
"Taking into consideration a deficit of highly qualified personnel at the labour market, the issue of the personnel reserve for SPE " ZARYA "is especially urgent. To solve this problem, the company introduces a system of strategic reserve development for key positions and operational reserve for middle and lower management level, Olga Glushen, HR Director has indicated, - For the first category, the training will be provided during the period of 3 years, for the second one - during one year."
