THE RPE "ZARYA" LTD HELD THE PROFESSIONAL MASTERSHIP COMPETITION
On June 9 the competition of professional mastership among assistants of chemical analysis laboratory was held. The competition of professionals took place within the framework of a series of events dedicated to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of RPE "Zarya".
The event was opened by Alexandr Chernetsov, the general director of the enterprise, who in his welcoming speech indicated that professional and cultural events at the enterprise are continuously promoted.
According to the opinion of the General Director of RPE “Zarya”, such competitions help not only to unite the team, but also to gain new experience, to determine the level of professionalism of each employee, revealing his/her potential.
"The laboratory assistant is a very responsible profession. The stability of the technological process, the quality of the finished product and the security of the enterprise depend on the professionalism," Alexandr Ivanovych noted.
