Lugansk Region Swimming Championship
On February 12-13, in Severodonetsk, Lugansk region Opened Championship among juniors took place. Teams of “Zenit” Junior sports school (Rubezhnoye) and Junior sports school №1 (Severodonetsk) took part in the competition.
On the first day of competition, in 100 m breast-stroke, V.Oleynik has won the first place, and P.Chikin has won the third place. M.Krasnovskaya has won the third place in 100 m free style (front crawl). I.Kuznetsov has won the second place in 200 m back crawl. P.Chikin has also won the second place in 200 m medley swimming.
The second day of competition also had lots of wins. In 50 m and 200 m free style, I.Kuznetsov has won the second places. A.Vikhrov has won the third place in 200 m free style. V.Oleynil has won the first places in 50 m and 200 m breast-stroke. P. Chikin has won the second place in 200 m breast-stroke and has reached the III category standard.
Junior children, K.Gnilitsky, I.Radchenko, K.Zabeyvorota, V.Levednaya, M.Krysko, have improved their results and have reached junior categories.
